Animal Care Staff
Job Description: To qualify as an animal caretaker you must be 16 years or older, able to lift 50lbs, able to work well with others and have good communication skills. Attention to details and animal behavior are important. Only individuals with a great work ethic and a passion for animals thrive in this position. Experience is not required, but a plus! Duties include daily cleaning of animal pens and stalls, feeding, watering, monitoring animal health, and working with the public. Animal care staff are encouraged to learn a wide variety of animal facts and to share those facts in daily animal presentations for visitors.
Hours: 8:30-4:30pm with a half hour lunch break
Wage: $15.00 per hour to start
Concession Crew
Job Description : To qualify as a concession crew member you must be 16 years or older and have great customer service skills. No experience required. Duties include food prep, cleaning, restocking, cleaning, taking orders, cleaning, operating cash register, cleaning, filling orders, and cleaning.
Hours : 9:30am-4:00pm with a half hour lunch break.
Wage : $15.00 per hour to start
Playland Attendant
Job Description : To qualify as a playland attendant you must be 15 years or older and be willing to engage with visitors. You must be able to communicate boldly yet politely. This job involves monitoring children as they use the pillow bounce to ensure their safety. Duties also include preparing the water wars game, accepting tickets, filling water balloons and cleaning up broken balloon pieces, cleaning the Wild Creatures Playland, sweeping platforms, and picking up trash around the area.
Hours : 10:30am-4:00pm with a half hour lunch break.
Wage : $15.00 per hour to start
